A great new role for a technically strong Pension's professional with a good background in administration processes and legislation. With a wide scope of responsibility which will ideally include not just pension admin but flexible benefits, undertaking training and reviewing communications this will no doubt keep you busy and challenged!
Working closely with the operational admin teams you will analyse legislation and technical changes, assess their impact and ultimately assist in the implantation of these changes to processes and systems.
As well as responding to technical queries from the administration teams, you will also assist in the review of client specific communications to maintain quality standards. Other duties also include the analysis of proposed system changes (or new systems) and identifying potential weaknesses and risks, business process issues and implementation requirements.
Your communication skills will also be utilised in the preparation of training courses, ultimately aiming to provide not just technically correct but user friendly training.
As well as extensive pension administration experience of Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contributions (DC) schemes, you will also ideally have strong analytical skills which may include auditing. Previous experience of Flexible Benefits would also be an advantage.
