A fantastic opportunity to join this award-winning, market-leading organisation as a Documentation Specialist. You will work across departments to assist in a review and integration project.
Your areas of responsibility will include; Review of the existing documentation to produce a single set of standard procedures that will be used across all UK offices. Different procedures have developed in different offices and these need to be integrated to produce one set. This will involve talking with different areas of the business to ensure that the processes are compliant and consistent with other areas practices. You will be expected to take an active part in the production of new documentation as required.
You will act as the Project Manager for this project and thus organise the other members of the team.
We are looking for someone with prior experience of Process Documentation reviews within the pension's industry and ideally managed similar projects previously.
