Are you ready for the challenge? In a crucial role for this well regarded pensions administration firm at a time of growth, you will help deliver change projects to successful outcomes through analysis of requirements, system application configuration, and testing.

In conjunction with key stakeholders you will also manage the user support for the relevant pension products and other business systems, which will include the investigation, analysis and documentation of reported system defects. You will also develop solutions and/or track issues to resolution.

Utilising your excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to self-start and think analytically as a proven problem solver, you will help facilitate change in what will be a small but fast-paced business environment.

Other key responsibilities will include developing business specifications and assisting developers to translate these into functional specifications and to develop test plans/strategies. You will also provide expertise on the overall business processes around which the project is focused and provide business expertise in those areas.

With excellent defined benefit pension’s knowledge, alongside previous experience with SQL and data analysis, as well as software development lifecycles, you will also ideally have the project management disciplines to succeed in this role.
