A marvellous contract opportunity for a Pensions Communications expert to join this large in-house scheme. You will be assisting the Head of Group Pensions in the development of UK Pensions Strategy.
Your duties will include developing, managing and delivering Scheme specific communications (DB and DC) which are required by legislation and regulations. Drafting content for pension communications and creating design briefs for communication consultants whilst creating and implementing effective communications across a variety of media and online and offline channels (i.e. paper and digital content). This will include developing and implementing communication solutions to empower and engage Scheme membership (e.g. the route into retirement, A/E and increasing contributions).
You will have strong technical and legislative knowledge as your role will include identifying changes and then offering practical solutions in order to ensure that the Administration Team and the Trustee Board are up to date and compliant.
