Client Relationship Associate

If you feel now is the time to take your experience within UK pensions administration into a more client-facing role then this could be the role you have been waiting for!

You will be providing excellent support to the senior Client Relationship Managers who manage key relationships for a portfolio of clients, and working with them you will form strong client relationships and provide valued solutions with the aim of developing and retaining existing clients.

You will also be involved in securing new clients and contribute to the general development of the business. Other key duties will include working closely with clients to understand their strategic goals, expectations and requirements and to attend client and trustee meetings, presenting report and service updates.

To be a success in this role a good understanding of administration practices, processes and regulation is required.

Support will be provided to undertake the PMI qualifications and you will receive excellent coaching and mentoring to ultimately take on your own portfolio of clients.

Key attributes will include being highly disciplined and organised, with the ability to be credible and convincing in front of clients, trustees and other decision-makers. You will also understand complex issues and handle challenging questions with credibility and ease and be able to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks.
