You could be joining this very large in-house pension administration department at Junior to Intermediate Pensions Administrator level, and not only this but you get to choose your hours. Our client has introduced some optional changes to working hours at this company. You can join on a 36-hour week on a certain salary but also if you prefer, state you would like to work up to 40 hours per week and earn a much higher salary.

Joining such a large in-house scheme with such exciting plans for the future means workloads are never going to go down and the demand for new experienced Pension Administrators has gradually increased. Our client hopes that the potential for Pension Administrators to join in a longer hours role and increase their yearly income considerably might attract a new talent pool of Pensions Administrators from junior to senior level, like this Senior Pensions Administrator role currently available. Coupled with just 3 days in the office, and two days still homeworking, roles at this company are an enticing proposition to any individual with pension’s administration experience (Defined Benefit preferable but Defined Contribution still considered) who also would like the opportunity to study and take exams and move up the ranks, and progress their career. If this all sounds appealing, please do read on…

You would be joining an exceptionally friendly administration team who are there to ensure that a professional and efficient administration service is provided to the membership of company employees, in accordance with the company's own internal service contracts and agreed administrative procedures. The role requires a basic understanding and some past occupational pension's scheme knowledge and experience already.

Your main task and role will be to deal with daily pension administration work in a timely manner. You will quickly learn about internal compliance with Data Protection/Health and Safety/Quality Management processes and procedures, supporting and contributing to continuous improvement activities within the business, with a focus on the best possible member service and experience.

This is an amazing opportunity to develop and progress your career. Senior Pensions Administrators will help and mentor you, offering training wherever and whenever needed, until you eventually are also ready to move up to this level. Our client actively encourages personal growth and development, and will do all they can to ensure you reach your career potential and future goals.
