We are seeking someone who can communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers to negotiate priorities and provide responsive problem resolution and advice. You will be the technical specialist, supporting the Public Sector Calculations and Service Desk teams. As this is a brand-new role you will have the unique opportunity to really make the job your own with freedom to suggest improvements and efficiencies to current processes where appropriate.
