Trustee Services Manager (Hybrid Working)

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with extensive knowledge of Occupational pension schemes (DB, DC, CARE), including administration. You will have an excellent understanding of Scheme Funding and Governance with the ability to communicate and influence at the highest levels including performing effective presentations. Experience of consulting with employers on matters relating to Scheme Funding, as well as Investment Strategy and scheme changes would be advantageous.

Your areas of responsibility will include acting on behalf of the Trustee in consultation with employers, presenting and communicating employers’ views to the Trustee. You will also implement and act in accordance with decisions made by the Trustee Board and its sub-committees and initiate and present communications on behalf of the Trustee with senior decision-makers at employers including presentations and reports.

To be a success in this role you will possess a detailed knowledge of pension schemes (DB, DC, CARE), as well as funding & investment strategy and actuarial principles. You will also have good knowledge of employer covenant matters and be able to act as a source of technical expertise to clients on investment and actuarial issues
