An interesting new role for you to consider should you wish to take your pension's admin knowledge and experience of coaching and leading a small team into a more specific project-based role.

Working for this leading pension's consultancy in its specialist de-risking department you will be responsible for proactively managing a team engaged in a variety of tasks related to the administration of DB and DC Pension Schemes and the various de-risking projects that they will be going through.

To be a success in this role you will ideally have good knowledge of bulk annuity projects, discontinuance and other de-risking activities, always providing an excellent client-facing service delivery.

As well as providing the coaching, leading and guidance as a team manager, you will also attend client and trustee meetings to report on the administration service.
