In this important new role for this boutique employee benefits consultancy, you will take a leading role in assisting with Employee Benefit launches, undertaking one-to-one consultations with employees and issuing new business proposals.
You will possess great understanding of Workplace Pensions with good organisational skills and a good client-facing manner. The role does not have sales or new business targets and you will work closely with the director and have integration and oversight of the administration team.
Other responsibilities will include working with internal departments to ensure cohesiveness and timeliness of service execution and to process plan changes.
