This is an interesting opportunity for you to join this in-house benefits team during an exciting time of change in this primarily project-based role.
As a result of a recent acquisition there is a need to add to the current team to help support the management of the benefits programs worldwide, with you contributing to the responsibility of the day-to-day operations with focus on the administration, governance, communication of the plans.
You will also support the implementation and maintenance of new plans, as well as the integration of new plans from newly acquired businesses.
A good understanding of UK benefit plans will be required though prior knowledge of non-UK benefits is not necessary as "on the job training" will be provided.
Part-time will also be considered if you can work 4 days a week/75% of the working week.
Fully remote working also on offer, with the team spread across the country.
