Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will be actively responsible for the successful delivery of pension's administration for this large DC Master trust scheme. This is a broad and challenging role perfect for an ambitious and energetic Manager with extensive DC knowledge.
You will be responsible for quality and performance objectives and ensure adherence to the change, quality assurance and operational excellence frameworks in place.
You must have the ability to work with the Operations Manager to make commercially focused decisions influencing both internal and/or external stakeholders on service delivery, growth, and continuous improvement to streamline and make effective change to operational service.
You will also be accountable for ensuring Team Leads conduct activities in line with internal procedures, policies, and legislation to ensure team productivity is at its optimum.
