Managing a team of skilled Pensions administrators, you will be responsible for providing a professional, high-quality service to Clients and scheme members. If you are ambitious, self-driven, a people person and have a can-do attitude you will fit well within this busy working environment. Working for this industry leader there will be fantastic opportunities for career progression, excellent remuneration including good bonus scheme and flexible working conditions. Ideally you will be available to work in the office twice per week (Greater London/Surrey or Leeds office) but those seeking 100% remote working will be considered.
You will be able to utilise your skills on a variety of different clients, with pension arrangements ranging from straightforward to complex, with populations covering hundreds of members to hundreds of thousands. This gives you the opportunity to work, within one organisation, on clients that offer exposure to every aspect of pension's administration, utilising bulk processing routines, automated calculations or your manual calculation skills, and the potential for involvement with a huge variety of different projects, often at the forefront of the industry.
Defined Benefit knowledge is essential for these Team Leader vacancies. Defined Contribution experience is essential for 1 role but would be beneficial for all.
