This is a rare opportunity for you to utilise your benefits experience gained to date in a long-term secondment with the benefits team for a well-known global financial institution. You will be employed on a permanent basis by this well-regarded boutique pension's consultancy but with an immediate secondment to their highly valued client.
A typical working week will see you four days in the office, with one day working from home if you wish. Attending either their Central London or Central Birmingham office you will support the operational and technology aspects of EMEA Benefits, as well as running day-to-day benefit operation processes. From a strategic perspective this will mean you will help maximise the employee experience whilst identifying opportunities for efficiency and/or automation.
Operationally, you will support the day-to-day administration of EMEA benefit programmes such as payrolls and employee queries, as well as contribute to benefit renewals, including data requirements, communications to employees and system automation of benefits/renewals.
In this varied role you will also provide support in management reporting, vendor performance against KPI’s and vendor contract reviews/renewals.
If you have the relevant Benefits operations experience and working knowledge of EMEA benefits/legislation alongside strong project management, organisation skills and with superior attention to detail then this could be the role for you.
