Your strong Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution knowledge alongside your project management skills will be utilised to support the business to achieve its revenue, cost and satisfaction KPI's through successful delivery of projects and programmes to both internal and external stakeholders.
In conjunction with other business areas, the Senior Project Manager will establish and regulate the set of protocols, standards, processes, roles and responsibilities that define the establishment, management and control of projects, programmes and portfolios.
You will also take the opportunity to recommend and ultimately implement improvements to the approach, and process, as well as identify additional income from post implementation projects.
As the Senior Project Manager you will also represent the team at senior manager level with attendance at various business operations meetings.
