A super new vacancy for a DC Pensions Manager with a focus on Governance and Compliance. You will be looking after a big Master Trust scheme alongside 2 smaller schemes ensuring robust governance processes and best practice guidelines to ensure compliance with legislation, statutory requirements and any formal agreements in place between the Company and the respective Trustee Boards.
You'll take responsibility for the production of annual Scheme governance plans, ensuring the Schemes’ Trust Deed & Rules are regularly reviewed and updated and all Scheme Rules and suite of Administration Agreements remain compliant.
You will attend and prepare papers for all Trustee and Committee meetings and review and settle papers drafted by the Trustee Services Team. Assisting the Scheme Secretary with agenda setting and matters arising.
You will monitor SLA performance, having regular service review meetings with providers whether internal or outsourced third-parties. You will manage all third-party contracts for the Schemes and monitor the management of the Schemes’ investment managers and adviser.
To be considered for this opportunity you will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of Pensions Governance – particularly within DC schemes. Those with extensive Master Trust experience will be at an advantage. You will work closely with the Head of Trustee Services and Trustee Secretary with the flexibility of a Hybrid working arrangement with at least 1 day per week in the office.
