Risk & Compliance Associate

In a new position for this well-regarded pension's administration provider you will work closely with the Risk & Compliance Manager in being responsible for the operational risk management for the business, as well as adherence to compliance and regulatory policies.

At a time of continued growth and new business success you will help provide guidance and advice on risk and compliance matters, which will include training and team engagement, undertaking regular internal audits, as well as managing the risk management framework.

Additional responsibilities will include the monitoring of compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies and supporting your colleagues with the annual AAF 01/20, ISO27001 (and others as appropriate) audit process and production of reports.

You will utilise your background and experience from a similar role, with a working knowledge of the risk and compliance frameworks and lifecycles ideally in an operational pensions or financial services environment. You will also be able to help develop and entrench change within the business and to design, carry out analysis, and model business processes.
