You will assist Head of Strategy and Change in assessing impact of upcoming corporate activity, enabling appropriate consideration and decision-making for all stakeholders. Identify early risks of proposals. Proactively work with a range of cross functional stakeholders to deliver great results. Monitoring and reporting of benefit realisation post project implementation. You will be responsible for undertaking a feasibility analysis, assessing alignment with strategy and building the business case for all proposals. You will work closely with the entire pension's team, following up on delivery and ensuring the monitoring of benefit realisation accurately.
As a snapshot to what your role might look like, you will assess and document proposal requirements, taking steps to understand needs, liaising with subject matter experts (SME's) and wider business stakeholders. Assist the business with prioritisation by undertaking a thorough business case assessment of proposals prior to initiation that includes strategic drivers, alignment with wider strategy, prerequisites, resource requirements and costs. Maintain awareness of upcoming regulatory and technology changes, understanding and communicating full any impact on ongoing portfolio of work. Provide oversight of any additional improvement work to ensure these are valid improvements outside of other proposals and delivering improvements in line with all company pension policy and strategies. Assist with resource management and reallocation through a thorough application of prioritisation and appropriate chronology in conjunction with key stakeholders.
To undertake this role you will have demonstrable analysis of pension's administration-related issues with experience of delivering pension projects across people, process and systems and possess practical in-depth experience of DB and DC administration and knowledge of UK DB and DC legal, regulatory and taxation framework.
