A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join this leading consultancy. We are looking for someone with an excellent understanding of DB pensions, ideally with good knowledge of GMP projects. You will have extensive Project Management experience and be accustomed to working on key projects with multiple clients. Initially your primary focus will be on the management and delivery of GMP equalisation solutions across a number of existing pensions administration clients, where you will be playing an essential role in leading the deliverables for these high-profile client projects from the strategy pre work phase through to delivery of fully equalised calculations and all pensioners equalised with any back payments made including any associated dependant work.
You will provide guidance across a number of work-streams spanning multiple lines of business liaising with calculation, actuarial and payroll teams as required. You will ensure comprehensive plans are in place setting out the full end to end scope of the project. The role will involve some client-facing, and will involve organising and participating in planning, requirement and business technical workshops.
To be considered you must have proven experience as a Pensions Project Manager. Prince2 or similar qualification is preferred. You must be a highly organised, motivated individual with excellent communication skills and strong team skills. An analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail with proven leadership experience in achieving successful project outcomes.
This role can be based in one of multiple UK offices with the ability to work from home with occasional visits to the office / Clients.
