Employee Benefits Administrators / Analysts

We have great new opportunities for you to join this market-leading Pensions and Employee Benefits consultancy who are seeking administrators at various levels to join their teams that are based around the UK, with the option to also work from home on a full-time basis if preferred.

For the more senior analyst roles previous experience of Group Risk, Healthcare products and Employee Benefits would be required. This role will see you take ownership of the delivery of tasks and proactively manage your workload, as well as communicate with clients and providers. You will deal with queries from both clients and individual members, as well as check the work of more junior staff.

As for the administration roles, whilst previous experience would be advantageous this is not a prerequisite. So, if you have a background in financial services and/or pensions but seeking to take a new, alternative career path then this could be what you have been seeking.

Your background in a customer focussed role would be of use, as well as the communication and time management skills that are required to ultimately provide great support to your colleagues and provide an excellent service to your clients.
