Experienced pensions administrators (all levels) – Salary range £26k to £38k (pro rata) and dependent on experience
80% Home working/4 days per week at home, supportive management and colleagues, fun and invigorating work environment, competitive salary and benefit package… have we missed anything? Our client does not think so, and hopes this role offers everything you are seeking to come and join their team of 10 plus occupational pension administrators at varying levels of experience.
This in-house pension's scheme client is a big fan of development, with people working on roles within the team matching their experience and are paid the corresponding salary for what they do, not defined by a job title. A very refreshing approach to career development and personal job satisfaction. At the same time, if you just want a part-time, 9-5, or slightly more flexible hours (our client will be as accommodating as they can around the rest of the team and member needs). Our client is very happy to have people within the team who are content doing a certain function, and role well and helping the rest of the team keep up with workloads and service standards. Team work and staff job satisfaction are the buzz words.
If you have a basic grounding or understanding of both Defined Contribution, and Defined Benefit Occupational pension schemes you could join at a junior level, or if you are already at intermediate or senior level in experience you can join the team at a more senior level. The right person and team dynamic is what is important, and if our client can see you will get on well with all the team, have either the right skills or the right potential, they will find the right role to suit you, part-time or full-time, 3-4-5 days, which ever suits you!
Unlike perhaps your past experience of SLA's, this client allows a realistic time per case and for the team to deliver its casework, so you are not worried about time limitations and clock watching. Instead you can work on each of your cases feeling relaxed, focused, with sufficient time to undertake accurate and thorough calculations or checks. The team work in a very proactive, energised and forward-thinking way, achieving excellent service standards for their members through quality of work, not simply quantity. They really are a centre of excellence. Once you have mastered internal systems and processes there are always other projects and new things in pensions to learn if you would like to.
If the aforementioned sounds ideal for your current employment and career needs please do get in touch ASAP and start working 4 days at home, 1 day only in the office and in a new and refreshing way.
