Our client, one of the UK's leading Pensions Trusteeship and Governance experts, are looking for a Trainee Scheme Manager to join their team. This role would possibly suit a pension's administrator who is looking to move into more of a specialised trustee support role.
The purpose of the role is to provide proactive and wide-ranging secretarial and governance support to the Client Directors and Scheme Managers across a portfolio of clients. You will build valuable client experience by supporting senior colleagues preparing for and attending Board meetings and getting involved in a variety of project work. You will also build strong relationships with the trustees, advisers, and be ready to answer queries from members about their pension benefits.
We are looking for someone educated to degree level (or equivalent) who has an enthusiastic, positive and flexible approach to work. You will be capable of building and maintaining strong working relationships with the ability to work in advance of deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks.
Currently home-based, this will be an office-based role (once restrictions have lifted) so if you are missing the buzz of a busy office and have the ambition and enthusiasm to progress your pensions career apply without delay!
