Are you a Pensions Payroll specialist, or a Pensions Administrator, who has worked on Pensions Payroll, or both? (You MUST HAVE SOME CURRENT OR PAST PENSIONS PAYROLL experience!) If yes, our client is keen to hear from you. They are happy to consider a very good Pensions Administrator who has awareness of/undertaken pension's payroll work within their role (YOUR CV MUST EVIDENCE THIS PLEASE), because this type of person can be re-freshed, re-trained on the more specific payroll elements of the role. They will of course also consider a Pensions Payroll specialist, who ideally can undertake pension's administration. Our client appreciates this type of person is more niche and is keeping an open mind to their type of pension's background.
Your role will be to ensure that a professional and efficient administration pension's payroll service is provided to employees/members of the scheme and does so in accordance with their own in-house SLA's and agreed administrative procedures.
As well as supervising staff by checking work, validating data and supporting more complex cases, you will authorise system amendments and data updates. You will also maintain systems to ensure accuracy of information and the corresponding correct pension entitlements and document work processes and provide assistance to the other members of the Pension Administration teams.
You will demonstrate pensions or pension's payroll information technology experience, and excellent customer care skills with the ability to communicate / interact at all levels within the organisation and externally of the organisation. You will also possess very good diagnostic, analytical and process skills and have the ability to work under pressure.
Contract to commence ASAP, for 2 months minimum, whilst recruiting a permanent employee for this role (you can also apply to Abenefit2u for the permanent role) which can take just 2 months, or even 5 months if interviews take some time and someone has a three-month notice period.
