A wonderful opportunity to join this small in-house pension's team and assist in the smooth running of the company's large hybrid pension scheme. You will be providing pension scheme secretariat duties including writing minutes, drafting papers and agendas; compiling agenda packs and meeting legislative reporting requirements, and managing the outsourced administrators to ensure that the service they provide is in line with the Service Level Agreements.
You will be involved in the Auto Enrolment process and compliance submissions and be responsible for monthly monitoring of Trustee banking accounts, custody arrangements, and group cash-flow requirements.
You'll be arranging Trustee meetings, presentations and coordinating annual trustee report and accounts and audit process, so a very broad and stimulating role.
You must have previous experience of supporting Trustees with experience in a defined benefit occupational pension scheme environment. A thorough understanding of the administration and governance of UK DB and DC occupational pension arrangements and a reasonable understanding of investment and funding issues is essential.
Currently all home-based, the role will most likely return to a mix of office / home-based working once it is safe to do so.
