A 12-month contract opportunity to join this friendly in-house pension's scheme where you will be the first point of contact with members of the Company’s pension schemes seeking a transfer payment (existing employees and deferred pension members). You will also regularly deal with IFA's during the course of processing transfer payments.
You must be confident in understanding and addressing transfer queries. This may be answering questions, or escalating as appropriate to other members of the team. Good experience of occupational pension scheme administration is essential.
We are seeking someone with good interpersonal skills with excellent customer focus. You must have the ability to develop and deliver oral and written communications, which convey complex information in a simple, easily understandable manner.
