A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join this well-regarded and hugely successful pension's consultancy. In this broad and challenging role you will be actively involved in the management and delivery of pension administration and payroll services across the whole business. To be a success you will specifically focus on Quality - delivering an industry leading quality service, Profit - running an efficient and profitable operation and Long-term sustainability – investing in clients, people and systems.
You will have extensive operational experience alongside strong knowledge of both DB and DC pensions. Previous experience of payroll services is not essential, but is desirable.
Utilising your proven experience in all areas of the new business life-cycle you will assist in formulating and writing proposals, preparing and delivering client pitches and subsequent client negotiations. You will so have strong experience of operating within and contributing to a compliant framework, and a strong understanding of quality standards.
Clearly this is an important role, which will call on your proven leadership skills, both in mentoring and motivating. Your interpersonal and communication skills will help inspire, motivate, lead and manage a diverse team of professionals from trainee to senior consultant levels.
