If you are a Pensions Administrator looking for a new role we have an excellent opportunity for you with this friendly team looking after multiple workplace pensions. The schemes you will be responsible for are Defined Contribution schemes; experience of working on DC Drawdown or Trust-based schemes is ideal.
You will be responding to client enquiries, calculating benefits for members i.e. leavers, retirements, transfers and deaths, etc. Taking general queries from members, employers and Trustees by telephone and email and generating non-standard letters for complex cases.
Processing unit investments, disinvestments and switches, as well as payments using the online banking system.
To be considered you will have good DC pensions knowledge, have excellent attention to detail and strong IT skills.
