Are you an HR Leader seeking a new role, ideally MCIPD qualified with experience of working within a large Financial Services business? If so we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join this leading Global Advisory company as a generalist HR Business Partner; responsibilities will include managing employee relations, HR operations, organisational effectiveness, performance management, talent development and total rewards. This role has an emphasis on providing talent advisory support to business leaders, helping to shape elements of global segment/function-specific talent strategies. So previous experience of identifying talent issues and implementing enterprise initiatives will be very advantageous.
We are looking for a strong communicator with a proven track record as an HR Business Partner providing a commercially focused, pragmatic and added value HR partnering service to senior management. You will ideally have knowledge and experience of operating in an international environment.
The role offers the permanent option of home working with regular attendance required in the Surrey office once we return to more normal circumstances.
