If you are a technical person, looking for a wider remit, this is the perfect role for you. You will be someone who is highly motivated and will enjoy leading and supporting the company engagement team to provide technical pensions support to employers and scheme members, as well as the wider Pension Administration service.

You will be responsible for setting the work agenda for a team of between five and ten staff and have responsibility for managing the actuarial valuation process and maintenance of the legal documentation required to manage employers entering and exiting the fund. You will also need to ensure that your employer and their pension fund employers abide by the Pensions Regulator's Code of Conduct and are fully compliant with the statutory provisions of this type of fund and wider pension's legislation.

You will also have experience of interpreting technical guidance and being able to deliver complex technical training sessions in a manner which is understandable to the audience and will require strong presentational skills. Previous management experience will be essential, and the icing on the cake would be if you are also proficient working on Pension Administration Systems. The company have their own in-house IT team, and together you can make change for the better.
