This lovely organisation, who we know you will enjoy working for, is seeking a contract Pensions Assistant/Administrator/Advisor to join ASAP and cover 12 months maternity leave within the Pensions and Finance department. They are taking an open mind on the level of experience you have, from as little as 1-2 years and a Pensions Junior to more and Pensions/Senior administrator level, as long as you are within the salary banding.
You will be part of a small team handling general queries, where you can refer more complex queries to the Senior Pension Advisor as required. You will support the day-to-day administration of the Pension Scheme, helping to ensure it is carried out within agreed time limits and in accordance with the Trust Deed and Rules, and current pension Legislation.
You will have sufficient relevant experience working within a Pension administrative and advisory environment, previous In-house knowledge/experience or sufficiently detailed third party knowledge/administration experience, and a general level of knowledge of the law and regulations relating to pensions. You will be able to interact with others at all levels within the organisation in a confident and appropriate manner, demonstrating behaviours of professionalism and integrity expected within an office environment.
