You will be focussing on achieving sales from direct sales activity by prospecting to identify new sales opportunities with corporate clients, selling to HR & Finance personnel. The market is predominately London and the South so as long as you can easily access this area your home/base can be flexible as far as the Director is concerned. What is important is the ability to take advantage of the sales pipeline which is already in place as well as seeking to continue to build this through your networking as well as the support from the Telesales team.
Previous relevant industry experience is important though there is flexibility on the level of this. Maybe you are still building your knowledge and seeking the next step? Alternatively, you could be ready for a fresh challenge after a few years with the same employer?
