36-hour week, possible options: flexi-time, 4-day week or one day per week working from home

You will already have a good grounding in pension administration in Defined Benefit or Defined Contribution schemes or both, and be able to complete both manual and computerised member calculations. You will be a confident communicator who enjoys member liaison and answering queries, providing answers and putting the phone down to happy employees. You may be asked to do ad hoc projects from time to time, alongside all the regular tasks that go with being a pensions administrator. You will be up to date with current pension's legislation and passionate about pensions. You will be a team player, helping colleagues where needed and taking the initiative to improve processes and help drive forward new efficiencies.
