This great role would suit someone with a passion for innovation and process improvement and a keen interest in IT / systems or development. You will be an advanced user of Microsoft Excel and ideally have some experience of working with DB and DC pension schemes.
You will be assisting with testing and checking of Excel calculation proforma templates and macro enabled functionality; reporting and documenting bugs; updating software documentation and user guides and providing software training and support.
To be considered you must have excellent interpersonal skills to include good written and verbal communication, good time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise own workload. You will be computer literate, with good IT skills particularly Excel; you should be able to construct formulas at an advanced level. An understanding of Excel macros is advantageous but not mandatory.
You will also have good knowledge of Microsoft Word, especially layout and formatting of letters. An understanding of mail merging and logic driven paragraphs is highly desirable.
