If you have previous experience of working in a busy telephony environment ideally within Pensions, working to targets, metrics and identifying measures of success this could be the next step in your career.
With the ability to communicate information confidently and clearly, as well as perform as a team player with the ability to work in a target-orientated environment, you will receive the training required to be a success whilst also the study support for professional qualifications to build your knowledge and skills.
Your job will involve being the first point of contact for employers and any relevant third parties, as well as providing telephony implementation support. You will also undertake outbound market research to help understand clients better and build the offerings to clients, both existing and new.
