Employee Benefits – Technical Support

This is a great new opportunity, one which will see you working for a boutique employee benefits consultancy in an important role working closely with advisers in providing proposals for new Auto-enrolment and Group Pension business.

As well as preparing recommendation reports for client meetings, you will also be involved in establishing new schemes. Together with drafting reasons for switching providers you will also pull these reports to advise on salary sacrifice, fund performance and scheme governance, as well as tax planning around annual and lifetime allowances.

Other key duties will include being the dedicated point of contact for schemes and liaising with HR and payroll departments, ensuring smooth running and timely review of schemes.

You will be expected to provide a proactive service and a high standard of administrative support to the IFA's/consultants, as well as giving technical support in respect of scheme updates and legislative changes.
