Experience of working within occupational pensions, coupled with a proven track record of working at a supervisory level within the pension's industry is essential. You will be working within an administration team servicing both member and client queries in relation to several DC/DB pension schemes. You will help to supervise workloads, train junior team members and check the work of others.
You will be conducting weekly reviews with Team Leaders to discuss work position and their management responsibilities. Working closely with the Operations Manager, keeping them updated on a regular basis of all current work issues.
