Are you ready for the challenge? Ready to take on a crucial role for this well regarded pension's administration firm at a time of growth? If so, you will initially be working within an Implementation team on automated calculations so previous experience of specifications, test packs and testing is required.
However, there will be scope to expand this role to work on a greater range of projects over time, including identifying new opportunities and to articulate business cases with recommendations for change.
In conjunction with key stakeholders and the project manager you will assist in translating the business case into a project brief and plans utilising agreed templates and methodologies.
Utilising your excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build relationships with management, all staff and clients, you will help facilitate change in what will be a small but fast-paced business environment.
Other longer term responsibilities will include developing business specifications and assisting developers to translate these into functional specifications and to develop test plans/strategies. You will also provide expertise on the overall business processes around which the project is focused and provide business expertise in those areas.
