You will be working on a major in-house scheme, as the custodian to a main scheme with 30,000 members, and 12,000 employees in their Group Personal Pension (GPP) scheme. Your past experience of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension arrangements and knowledge of pension legislation relating to occupational pension arrangements, including HMRC regulations governing occupational pensions will help you undertake this role with ease.

At Senior Pensions Administrator level you should by now have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to communicate at all levels, hopefully with the confidence to present pension issues to the wider team when required. You’ll have direct contact with employees, dealing with their queries, complex pension calculations and educating employees through pension's seminars.

Our client's Pensions team do all their administration in-house, meaning as a Senior Pensions Administrator you’ll be involved in calculations, accounts and communications.
