Your next long-term contract of twelve months or more will be working for a major in-house pensions department with over 350,000 members, 60,000 pensioners, 290 deferred. You will be working on their Defined Benefit Scheme, and focusing on members who need assistance with Death, Ill health, Divorce, Complaints, and Retirement cases, so not only do you need good pension's administration experience but good people skills. You need to be compassionate when dealing with some of these situations, and resilient in others (complaints, etc.).

You will be joining a relatively new team, formed just twelve months ago. The vacancy has arisen through maternity leave due to start December 2018, but ever efficient, our client would like a job handover, so you have all the training and information you need to cover the role fully.
