This is a crucial role for this very large in-house pension scheme during an exciting time of change; are you up to the challenge?
In a role that will see you have the opportunity to make a real difference, you will help develop and manage a Compliance and Operational Risk team which has the capabilities to support the Scheme’s pension's administration operation. Working closely with senior management you will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and reporting of the Operational Risk Framework.
You will also ensure that those responsible for pension's administration delivery understand, and act in compliance with, regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
To be a success in this role you will be able to demonstrate a very good working knowledge of the relevant rules and regulations within the Pensions Administration industry, as well possess previous experience within a similar role; managing a team and displaying good communication of the regulatory requirements, business risks and presenting procedural recommendations at all levels.
