Our client is a FTSE 100 Company, and you will be dealing with all administrative aspects of the Pension Plan (and more!), which is a DB/DC hybrid scheme with over 25,000 members.
Working in pensions as part of a medium to large-sized team of pension administrators and specialists (within a large friendly department covering various support functions) you will fulfil a newly created need to ensure the team are never under resourced. Yes you did read correctly, our client wants to ensure their pensions department are never overwhelmed, enjoy their role, as they all progress, learn new skills and move upwards. From within pensions the company have had people move to other areas of the business, they believe in retention and development, no matter what you would like to do long term.
This opportunity would be perfect for a pension administrator with either intermediate or senior (more advanced) knowledge of occupational (in particular DB) pension schemes who is looking for a new rewarding career move, and possibly to move to a 'not quite the norm' in-house department. They set their own SLA's and work in a very dynamic forward-thinking way, working through very high volumes of work, and achieving excellent service standards for their members. They really are a centre of excellence.
