As an experienced Pensions and Employee Benefits Business Development consultant your focus in this role will be acquiring and managing the delivery of new business. Not only will you have a proven track record of creating new business, you will also be able to demonstrate your ability to nurture key accounts and develop existing relationships.
You will ensure a sufficient pipeline exists to support targeted growth figures, as well as lead the client pitch team and respond to tender requests.
Your consultative selling skills when dealing with Employers and Trustees will be crucial.
You will have a broad range of services to present to new and existing clients from Pensions Schemes to Healthcare, and from Flex to Communications and Financial Education. Are you ready for the challenge?
