In this exciting new role you will be working within a close, collaborative team where your key role will be managing UK & Ireland pension and benefit arrangements, as well as supporting Pension Trustees and other company colleagues, along with other key internal stakeholders and external providers in providing an effective, high quality and co-ordinated pension service.
You will be tasked with managing the day-to-day delivery of services from all UK pension suppliers/advisers, as well as overseeing and maintaining all pension-related processes, procedures and guidance to ensure service delivery in line with regulatory and scheme trustee requirements.
As well as ensuring that the high quality service standards and SLA's are maintained, you will also be responsible for pension-related communications from Trustees and Company being compliant. You will also analyse and interpret changes to pension's legislation and develop and implement appropriate solutions.
To be considered for this role you will be a proven expert in pensions along with having excellent communication skills. You will also have the opportunity to work on other geographies benefit schemes.
You will be able to demonstrate you have the potential to not only perform this role but grow into more senior positions, displaying the adaptability and presence required to ensure you are a success.
