This large in-house pension department is seeking a pension's specialist with Defined Benefit Pension Scheme experience or alternately someone able to deal with GMP Reconciliation project work, or both! But right now, an extra pair of helping hands to cover work created by maternity leave, plus some other special topical department projects for the next twelve months is required ASAP, or to start at least in the next 4-8 weeks maximum.
Our client has a Final Salary Pension arrangement, a new Pension Scheme related to their service, and a Career average revalued earnings scheme. You will deal with retirements, transfers and new starters' payroll amendments and all other duties involved with running an in-house pension scheme. You will require prior experience of dealing with pension scheme administration, and be able to walk into this role and quickly hit the ground running. You should be able to work on your own initiative, be self-motivated and focused, proving yourself to be a helpful resource to the department.
