Are you experienced in managing the implementation of occupational pension schemes?

Can you lead a team of Analysts and Developers in carrying out these projects, whilst also providing training and support as required? If so, and you are seeking a new role with a pensions administration provider that is being highly successful in winning new business whilst providing an excellent service to its clients then this could be the role for you!

Your strong Defined Benefit knowledge alongside your project management skills will be utilised in all aspects of the implementation process, from co-ordinating resources through to compliance with regulatory standards and sign-off of the final installed scheme.

You will be working closely with your colleagues who are all based in a central London office, and so no need to try and manage your team across various locations! You will also have the opportunity to recommend and ultimately implement improvements to the approach and process.
