In-house Pensions Administrator (6-12 Month Contract)

So what will you be doing? As an experienced Pensions Administrator you will be responsible for carrying out the day-to-day pension administration of the company’s UK & Ireland Pension Plans, which includes Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution and Stakeholder.

You will already be experienced in the handling of all types of member events, as well as performing monthly contribution/pension payment cycle; loading DC contributions and preparing instruction(s) to the investment managers.

Experience of undertaking manual benefit calculations, as well as ideally GMP reconciliations, data cleanse and dealing with enhanced transfers will really make you stand out from the crowd!

You will also help with all the annual scheme events, alongside ongoing updates of scheme literature on the company Intranet site. Part of the magic of working for an in-house pension department like this is you will be asked to deal with a wide diversity of tasks, including helping with project-related work.
