You will be stepping into a newly created in–house pension role to work with the Trustees of the DC Scheme, DC Plan and GPPP to understand and meet their requirements. You will also work in partnership with the provider of DC administration to deliver (managing KPI's) a quality and efficient service to members, paying specific attention to the way information is received and accessed by members and how best the Scheme/Plan can ensure that members are able to navigate through this information easily and make informed choices.

You will fully understand the benefits and structure of the DC Scheme and DC Plan, enabling you to work with the administrators to ensure full procedures are available. You will strive to continuously improve working methods and processes to enhance the member experience working with resources both internal and external. Exciting elements of this role will include managing the planning and delivery of Scheme events. You will be someone with past supervisory experience, who enjoys relationship management.
