Our client has four roles, two on their DC scheme and two on their DB scheme, all on a fixed term contract basis. Your function for the next 6 months (to be reviewed at end of contract) will be to administer the Company’s DB and/or DC pension arrangements ensuring accurate and timely investment of contributions, payment of benefits, maintenance of member records and dealing with related enquiries.
You will be able to deal with everything from processing leavers, benefit payments, deaths, transfers-in and out and maintenance of member records, to helping members directly and indirectly, and where necessary resolution of DB and DC member enquiries, through liaison with third parties by letter, email and telephone. With experience in reconciling volumes of numeric data, you will be organised and used to dealing with tight deadlines. Computer savvy, you will be a confident Excel and Word user. Your technical knowledge should ideally also be up to date and relevant to this role.
