You will be working from home for our in-house pension scheme client who are seeking an experienced Pensions Administrator to join their established in-house occupational pensions team. This is a varied and rewarding opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of occupational pension schemes and a genuine passion for supporting employees and scheme members. Working across both DB and DC arrangements (outsourced administration), you'll play a key role in delivering a first-class pensions administration service while building strong relationships with members, colleagues and third-party providers.
Alongside managing day-to-day administration activities, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to projects, trustee support activities and process improvement initiatives. From member communications and data analysis through to preparing board meeting packs and supporting annual exercises, no two days will be the same. If you enjoy variety and are keen to broaden your pensions knowledge, you'll be encouraged to get involved and develop your expertise.
The ideal candidate will already have pensions administration experience and a good understanding of occupational pension schemes. Strong organisational, communication and analytical skills are essential.
