Join a Team Where Data Drives Real Impact in Pensions!

Are you ready to work at the heart of data transformation in the pensions industry? We're looking for a motivated individual to support a range of exciting, high-impact projects that shape the future of pension scheme management. This is your opportunity to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team where no two days are the same—and your contribution directly supports smarter decision-making, better outcomes, and lasting change for clients.

What You'll Be Doing
You’ll play a vital role in delivering data-focused projects that support some of the most important changes in the pensions landscape, including:
• Preparing and transforming scheme data for buy-in/buy-out transactions
• Assisting with GMP reconciliation, rectification, and equalisation
• Supporting data readiness for the Pensions Dashboard and other regulatory initiatives
• Contributing to benefit audits and data cleansing projects
• Playing a part in new business transitions and onboarding processes
• Working closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure data is accurate, complete, and fit for purpose

What We’re Looking For
• A solid understanding of Defined Benefit pension schemes
• Hands-on experience in pensions administration and data handling—or a genuine interest in learning the ropes
• The ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines with the support of senior team members
• An appetite to learn bulk calculation methods and data transformation techniques
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (bonus points for PowerPoint skills too)
• A proactive, curious mindset and a drive to grow in a data-led environment
• An understanding of working within budgets and project scopes
• Progress towards APMI or similar qualifications is an advantage

What You'll Bring to the Team
• A collaborative approach and a willingness to build strong working relationships
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Confidence to suggest new ideas and openness to feedback
• A team-focused attitude with a passion for learning and improving
